FINALIT NO. 10 ALGAE AND GREEN DEPOSIT REMOVER (basic)

WARNING
Application

Remove any existing coatings beforehand using Finalit No. 5! Seal wood connections at floor level (e.g., door frames) with clear silicone.

Can be diluted with water up to a 1:3 ratio, depending on the level of soiling. 1 liter covers up to 20 m².

In cases of extreme infestation, clean the substrate to be treated beforehand using Finalit No. 2 and a wire brush.

If the infestation is only superficial, apply the product directly to the substrate.

Penetrates deep into the substrate.

Treat heavily infested areas twice with Finalit No. 10, allowing an interval of approx. 12 hours between applications, to kill existing fungi.

Dwell time: 2 to 12 hours; ideally overnight.

Rinse thoroughly with water.

Apply Finalit No. 1 diluted 1:20 with water (neutralizing agent).

Allow to act for approx. 5–10 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly with water.
For all natural and artificial stones, except polished soft stones!
Caution: Polished marble, limestone, and mineral-based materials can be slightly etched by Finalit No. 10. Preliminary testing is required.
Profi Tips
- Particularly suitable for removing mold and urine stains (in combination with Finalit No. 6).
- Impregnation is recommended to prevent the cleaned surface from becoming re-infested.
- Mold (permanently removes all bacteria and spores to prevent regrowth!
- Cleaning with a high-pressure washer alone causes algae to return more aggressively).
- Remove any stubborn residues or mildew stains using Finalit No. 12.
- Follow up with impregnation using Finalit No. 21S (fungicidal version available only in 5-liter containers)!
- Apply Finalit No. 25 for final protection!
